The Call

Vale para todas as ações, tarefas, atitudes que você tenha dentro do jogo! É um check list, uma lista de valores, um manual de atitudes.

1. Tem que ser rápido!
Vamos combinar que ninguém tem muito tempo hoje em dia, então todas as ações tem que ser rápidas. Isso não quer dizer que não devem ser eficientes e dar conta do recado. Este é o primeiro código de ativação do jogo: FAST.

2. Tem que ser grátis!
Nada de colocar a mão no bolso! Vamos aprender juntos como gerar abundancia sem ter que usar dinheiro. Pense em recursos, talentos, trocas, permutas. Segundo código de ativação: FREE.

3. Tem que ser feliz!
A gente quer ser divertir e ser feliz. Se um dia leu que para mudar o mundo tinha que fazer sacrifícios, ser um herói, um santo, esquece! Não somos religião, governo e nem gostamos de sofrer. Terceiro código de ativação: FUN.

4. Tem que ser espetacular!
O mínimo que esperamos e queremos é um jogo espetacular. Sonhe alto! Cada passo que vamos dar, cada ação, cada atitude, não pode ser nada menos do que fantástico. Quarto código de ativação: FANTASTIC.

5. Volte duas casas e fique uma vez sem jogar!
Antes de propor ou fazer algo, pense muito bem: Isso é Fast + Free + Fun + Fantastic? Porque se não for, só porque a gente é elegante, você vai receber uma cara de paisagem.  Não sabe o que é? Melhor nem saber…

6. Junte todo mundo
Tudo bem que tem um monte de gente jogando, mas a certa altura o bicho vai pegar, você vai ter que apelar para a família, para os amigos, para quem você conhece e não conhece para realizar uma ação. Já vai se preparando, porque quem avisa amigo é!

7. Todo mundo tem um talento
Tem gente de sorte que descobre seu talento rápido e consegue usá-lo de maneira impar. Por várias razões, outros não puderam desenvolver o seu. Não faz cara de tristezinha! Saiba que ele existe e está lá dentro a espera de uma chance para aparecer.

8. Todo mundo tem algum recurso
Recurso não é sinônimo de dinheiro. Quando a coisa aperta, as pessoas aprendem a se virar com que tem. O que elas não sabem, é que elas têm muito mais do que imaginam.

9. Só apareça com sua melhor versão
Se não tem como mostrar o seu melhor, então vai dar uma volta, toma um banho de mar, correr, reza para o seu santo, faça uma meditação, sei lá.

10.  Não sabe brincar, não desce pro play
Estar no coletivo não é fácil. Ouvir antes de falar, dar a vez para o outro, ceder em favor da maioria, não achar que sua crença, ideia, posição política é mais importante que as dos outros. Não esqueça nunca: Por favor, Muito obrigado e Me desculpe.

 

These are the basic values of the game. They are valid for all actions, tasks and attitudes Let this serve as a check list for everything you do:

1. It must be fast!
Nobody has time to waste these days, so all the actions must be fast. That doesn´t mean they shouldn’t be efficient or that we leave out anything that needs to be done. This is the first activation code : FAST.

2. It must be free!
Don´t put your hand in your pocket ! Let´s learn together how to generate abundance without having to use money. Learn to think about resources, talents, exchanges, trades. This is the second activation code: FREE.

3. It must be fun!
We have to have fun and be happy. If one day you read that changing the world means sacrifice, being a hero, a saint, forget it! We are not religion, government and we don´t like suffering either. Third activation code: FUN.

4. It must be fantastic!
We are aiming for nothing less than a SPECTACULAR game. Dream BIG! Each step we take, each action, each attitude must be nothing less than fantastic. Fourth activation code: FANTASTIC.

5. Join everybody!
It´s ok that we have lots of people playing but at some point, it´s going to be something like “ RUN FORREST RUN “ and you will have to beg your family, friends, whoever you might know to be able to accomplish your task. Prepare yourself, because forewarned is forearmed.

6. Step back twice and stay out of the game!
Before committing or doing anything, think carefully: Is it fast + free + fun + fantastic? If your answer is no, you should probably drop it.

7. Everybody has a talent!
Some lucky people discover their talent really fast and are able to use it brilliantly. For many reasons, others didn´t get to develop theirs. Don´t be sad! Be aware that your secret power exists deep inside you, and is only waiting for a chance to show up big time! 

8. Everybody has a resourse!
A “Resource” is not a synonym for “money. When things get hard, people learn to survive with what they have. What they don´t know is that they have a lot more they can ever imagine.  Learn to identify your own resources and those of the world around you. We can create a state of abundance just by a shift of mindset!

9. Just turn up with the best version of you!
If you can´t show up your best self, it´s better to go for a walk, take a swim in the ocean, go running, pray for your saint, meditate, whatever.

10. However, if you don’t know how to play, don’t go down to the playgroud.
Working as part of a team is not easy at all. We have to engage the best practices of group work: listening before speaking, taking turns, giving priority to other people, backing away according to the majority´s opinion, not thinking that your beliefs, ideas, political position are more important than the others.

And in the final analysis, we must never forget the important words: PLEASE, THANK YOU AND I´M SORRY!
